His experience has taught him that exceptional support requires a warm heart, a watchful eye, and a gentle sense of humour because even on difficult days, a shared smile can make all the difference.

Co-Founder
Phyllis brings decades of leadership experience, a genuine heart for people, and the organisational wizardry needed to keep everything running smoothly even when the day has other plans! As a trained carer with Washington State recognised certificates, she does not supervise from the sidelines. When staffing is short, she can roll up her sleeves, step in, and confidently provide hands-on support. This practical experience strengthens her leadership, as she understands both the needs of clients and the realities faced by caregivers. Phyllis speaks five languages, including German ensuring that compassion, professional care, and good communication are never lost in translation.
